Mr. Wald was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He attended Buffalo State College receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. He obtained his J.D. (Juris Doctorate) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1995. While in law school he received the "Book Award" in Trial Advocacy for the highest grade in the class.
Mr. Wald has been litigating personal injury cases since he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. He handles all types of personal injury matters, including automobile crashes, trucking crashes, wrongful death, and premises liability including trip and falls and slip and falls. He has secured numerous multi-million dollar settlements and trial verdicts on behalf of his clients, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocacy Forum.
Mr. Wald lives in Palm Beach Gardens with his wife Tara, who is also an attorney, and their two children, Brody and Chase. In his spare time he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
