Matthew Chiapperini

Mr. Chiapperini was born in New Jersey and moved to south Florida at only 11 years old. He attended Florida State University and Palm Beach Atlantic University where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in Military Science. In college, Mr. Chiapperini was the recipient of both the National Sojourners and Veterans of Foreign Wars medals for leadership and patriotism, along with numerous academic awards.

Mr. Chiapperini is an honors graduate of the St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, FL, where he was named on the Dean’s List every semester and received the “Book Award” in Professional Responsibility. While in law school, Mr. Chiapperini worked as a law clerk for a Circuit Court Judge in Broward County and at a large personal injury firm in Fort Lauderdale. Prior to joining Freeman Injury Law, Mr. Chiapperini obtained extensive experience in plaintiff's personal injury law in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip-and-fall accidents, and products liability claims. Mr. Chiapperini also has experience with commercial, consumer protection, and class action litigation.

In his spare time, Mr. Chiapperini enjoys target shooting, traveling, exercising, cooking, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog, Peaches.
